2025 SouthWest Club Competition

This friendly in-house event is open exclusively to members of SouthWest Judo Academy.

This competition is designed to help our judoka gain valuable match experience in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or building on past competition experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your confidence and skills.

The event is also a vital training ground for volunteers. We’ll be using this session to upskill members and parents in key event-day roles, such as:

• Refereeing
• Scoreboard operation
• Table official duties
• General event coordination

We strongly encourage families and senior students to participate behind the scenes as part of our volunteer development.

🌭 Stick around afterwards! We’ll be hosting a small BBQ at the end of the competition to celebrate everyone’s efforts—competitors, volunteers, and families alike.
