Judo for Ages 9-12
The Junior Throwers program is designed specifically for children aged 9-12, offering a fun and engaging introduction to the basics of judo. Through structured sessions, children develop foundational skills like break falling, basic throws, and hold-downs, while also enhancing their agility, balance, coordination, and strength.
This program emphasizes confidence-building, teamwork, and discipline in a safe and supportive environment. Led by experienced coaches, Little Throwers ensures young learners enjoy a blend of fitness, skill development, and fun!
The Little Throwers program is designed for children aged 9-12 years old.
To ensure we can maintain appropriate development of all participant's in the Little Thrower's class, we ask parent's of new members to run through the following checklist of competencies for their child.
If your child does not meet the above checklist, we encourage them to enrol for at least 1 -term in our Active Start program.
