Kindy Throwers
Ages 3-5
Introductory judo program for our littlest participants. It introduces the fundamentals of judo in a safe envirionment.

Ages 6-8
Introduce children to judo with fun, skill-building sessions focused on agility, coordination, and confidence.
Junior Throwers

Teens & Seniors Beginners
Ages 15+
Beginners judo program for ages 15+, includes belt gradings, flexible classes, fitness and technique.
