Kindy Throwers

Judo for Ages 3-6

What is Kindy Throwers?

Our Kindy Throwers program is designed specifically for children aged 3-5, providing the perfect introduction to physical activity through fun, movement-based activities. Rooted in the Active Start phase of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, this program focuses on building essential skills that are useful in judo and many other sports.

With a strong emphasis on developing agility, balance, coordination, and core strength, Kindy Throwers introduces children to foundational judo elements like break falling, basic hold-downs, and simple throws. These sessions are structured to foster gross motor skill development in a safe and engaging environment.

We maintain strict coach-student ratios to ensure every child receives the attention and guidance needed for meaningful progress and confidence-building.
