What is Little Throwers?

The Little Throwers program is designed specifically for children aged 6-8, offering a fun and engaging introduction to the basics of judo. Through structured sessions, children develop foundational skills like break falling, basic throws, and hold-downs, while also enhancing their agility, balance, coordination, and strength.

This program emphasizes confidence-building, teamwork, and discipline in a safe and supportive environment. Led by experienced coaches, Little Throwers ensures young learners enjoy a blend of fitness, skill development, and fun!
