Teens & Senior Beginners Only

Judo for Ages 15+

Our Teens & Seniors Beginners Program

Our Teens & Senior Beginners Program is designed specifically for participants aged 15 and up who are new to judo. Over a 10-week cycle, you’ll attend our beginner classes on Tuesdays and Fridays, with the flexibility to drop in to either or both each week. Your membership also grants you access to our advanced senior sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

This all-inclusive $250 fee covers the full 10-week term—repeating every 10 weeks—and includes grading fees (belt cost excluded) for both your yellow and orange belt assessments. Throughout the program, you’ll build strength, master fundamental throws and holds, and learn discipline through skill-based drills, light sparring, and conditioning exercises.

Guided by our experienced coaches, you’ll gain confidence, enhance your fitness, and embrace judo’s core principles in a friendly, motivating atmosphere—whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, or laying the groundwork for competition.
